In order to take your vehicle's detail photos, please follow the instructions below:
- Start scanning a new session.
- Select the Detail photo option:
- Start taking photos by clicking on the + icon:

Once you open the photo taking mode you can select one of the available photo modes to start taking photos:
Click one of the options below to open instructions on specific modes:
Mode 1: Guidance overlay mode
This mode is intended for photos of the car’s interior, such as the seats, steering wheel, or gear shift.

Choose this mode by selecting the 1st option:

Align the device's camera with the overlay and the photographed object
and press the shutter button:
Hint: You may enable/disable the overlay by clicking the eye icon. -
Once taken, the photo will be displayed on the screen so that you
can
preview it:
You can now save the photo by clicking the checkmark button or retake it by clicking the back button in the top right corner. -
Once you save the photo, you will be taken back to the photo capture
mode. All recently taken photos will be visible on the right side
of
the camera screen in the collapsible photo container:
Hint: You can open and close the list in the collapsible photo container by clicking on the arrow facing down/up icon. -
You can now take another photo by following the steps starting from point 2. in this section.
Mode 2: Damage marker photo mode
This mode is intended for photographing any damage to the car. You can attach these photos to any image of the exterior or interior by using pins.

Choose this mode by selecting the 2nd option:

Align the camera with the photographed detail (damage) and
press the shutter button:

Once you take a photo, you will be taken to a screen where you can
preview
the photo and select the section to place your pin:

After selecting the section where you want to place your pin, you
will
be taken to a screen showing the photos in that section (orange rectangle)
and an enlarged version of your selected photo on the right. Tap
the
relevant area of the enlarged photo (orange arrow)
to place your pin:
Confirm your selection by clicking on SET PIN. -
You have successfully placed your pin. You can now change it's position
by clicking EDIT PIN (orange rectangle),
save the photo by clicking the checkmark button
or
retake it by clicking the back button in the top right corner:

You can now take another photo by following the steps starting from point 2. in this section.
Mode 3: Other marker photo mode
This mode is intended for marking features other than car damage. You can attach these photos to any image of the exterior or interior by using pins.

Choose this mode by selecting the 3rd option:

Align the camera with the photographed detail (other) and
press the shutter button:

Once you take a photo, you will be taken to a screen where you can
preview
the photo and select the section to place your pin:

After selecting the section where you want to place your pin, you
will
be taken to a screen showing the photos in that section (orange rectangle)
and an enlarged version of your selected photo on the right. Tap
the
relevant area of the enlarged photo (orange arrow)
to place your pin:
Confirm your selection by clicking on SET PIN. -
You have successfully placed your pin. You can now change it's position
by clicking EDIT PIN (orange rectangle),
save the photo by clicking the checkmark button
or
retake it by clicking the back button in the top right corner:

You can now take another photo by following the steps starting from point 2. in this section.
- Once you are finished with taking all your photos, you can press FINISH:
- You will be redirected to the list of all taken photos grouped by capture modes:
From here, you can add new detail photos (+) or save the section by clicking FINISH. - If you chose to finish the section, you can now select another section to be photographed or Save the session.
You can now select another section to be photographed or Save the session.
