[08.2025] What’s new?

We’ve introduced several improvements to Vumography to make your daily work easier and the system more streamlined.

Simplified configuration management:

• The ability to change configuration IDs and content names directly in the UI has been removed, ensuring more consistent and secure setups.
  

Improved upload experience:

• The "All" tab has been removed from the upload view, making the interface cleaner.
  

• Thumbnails no longer need to be uploaded manually - they are now generated automatically, therefore the option has been removed.
  

• In the processed photos view, thumbnails are displayed immediately for a quicker preview of results.
  

Easier navigation in configurations:

• Pagination has been added to the configuration view, helping you find the right setup faster, even with a large number of configurations.
  

Content Types update:

• The Watermark content type has been removed, making the system leaner and eliminating unused options.

New processor features:

Two new parameters have been added to the AnchoringComputeProcessor:

• constantPitch - makes it possible to select a consistent 360° background frame for all photos in a session; pitch angle value to overwrite predicted pitch - possible values: range [0, 90]; by default None.

• useCarBboxCentroid - if true, centers the car in the image based on its bounding box rather than keypoints.

These updates were introduced to enhance usability, increase automation, and improve the quality of the final outputs and will appear in the system in the coming days.
